"the back, it was too risky for them, but somehow we pulled them. When we asked driver that we will cut his money from the booking, he stopped the traveller on the road, and called his vendor, then, they started behaving weirdly, they started shouting at us, and asked us to step down from the bus. It was to unprofessional with all the ladies and children's we had. We called the traffic police then, and complaint about him, then somehow, due to fear of police he dropped us to Ujjain back. I recommend never ever go with this vendor for any bookings, they are fake, and they will first promise you to send the latest model car, but what they will send would be the oldest. While confirming on WhatsApp they will share some other cab number, but, in reality the numbers will be completely different, they will try to fool you in every possible manner."
