Agra-Varanasi Vande Bharat to Hit the Tracks on September 23: Check out Timing, Stoppages, and Highlights

First Vande Bharat of North Central Railway: Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the first Vande Bharat of North Central Railway in a virtual program on 16 September. The administration of North Central Railway issued a notification for regular operations on Wednesday evening. The saffron Vande Bharat with eight coaches, which will run from Agra Cantt has been numbered 20176.

The Indian Railways has further incorporated another landmark high-speed rail service by inaugurating the 10th Vande Bharat Express under Uttar Pradesh. This prime train, connecting to one of India's most historical cities-Agra to the spiritual hub of Varanasi-will bring with it the hope of reduced travel time and greater comfort for the passengers. This new service would establish improved connectivity between the culturally significant cities and turn the game around for tourists and locals alike.

Agra Railway Division's PRO Prashasti Shrivastava said that on September 23, train no. 20175 Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat train will leave from Agra Cantt station at 6 am and reach Tundla at 6.48 am, Etawah Jn. at 7.40 am, Kanpur Central at 9.15 am, Prayagraj Jn. at 11.25 am and Banaras at 1 pm.

On the return journey, the train will leave Banaras at 3.20 pm and arrive at Prayagraj Jn. at 4.50 pm, Kanpur Central at 6.57 pm, Etawah Jn. at 8.17 pm, Tundla at 9.32 pm and Agra Cantt at 10.20 pm. Seven chair car coaches will be there in the train including one executive chair car. PRO PrashastiShrivastava said, "Reservations have started in the train.".
