The Ministry of Railways recently announced important developments concerning the construction of the Ahmedabad Bullet Train Station in Gujarat where high-speed progress is executed as important structural work and concourse and rail-level slab have been completed. Currently, finishing works on the station are being carried out energetically in collaboration with teams on ground to complete in time.

Recently, the Ministry of Railways tweeted high-speed construction of the Ahmedabad Bullet Train Station was underway by comparing images from April 2023 to August 2024.

About Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project

The Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor is an under-construction project that shall connect India's financial capital in Mumbai, to Ahmedabad, the largest city in Gujarat. Work on this 352-km long stretch started in April 2020, and the entire stretch shall be completed by 2027.

The first leg will be the 50-kilometer stretch from Surat to Bilimora that is expected to open by August 2026. The rest of the stretch up to Mumbai is expected to be complete by the end of 2028.
